Simple and  elegant control over your home's heating and cooling systems with the X10 Thermostat Setback Controller. This tiny unit connects to an X10 appliance module and mounts under your HVAC system's thermostat on the wall.

This control supplies a small amount of local heat to the ambient temperature around your systems thermostat, fooling it to believe the room temperature if warmer than it actually is. When the thermostat thinks the room is warmer, it reacts and turn the heat off or the air conditioning on.

Use ActiveHome Pro to turn on and X10 Appliance Module, which then controls the Thermostat Setback Control.

During the summer months, the Thermostat Setback Control will engage your air conditioning system if its part of your HVAC system. During the winter, it does the opposite, turning off the heat when its not needed.
